Dancing Bear Technologies started as Dancing Bear Computers back in 2004. Jason and Susana Carpenter founded the business in Tupelo, MS. Jason, who had over 10 years experience working in Fortune 500 companies in charge of Windows based complex networking environments, could see how we could offer a professional computer service to the small business. That business that does not include in the budget the salary for a dedicated employee to maintain the network, but requires technological upkeep.
We are very grateful that many car dealerships, doctors offices, professional services offices, etc, etc offered us exceptional support. As time went by we noticed how the regular consumer was also in dire need of professional computer service h.elp We heard how people would take their computers to the competition to get a virus clean up, only to get their hard drive wiped out, without any consideration to their data. We felt we could do better. We think it is a matter of ethics and customer service. A simple matter of treating you the way we would like to be treated. .
Dancing Bear Computers evolved into Dancing Bear Technologies in 2009. We did that to broaden the types of technologies that we repaired. Computers are not just computers any longer. That we realized. Cell phones were getting bigger, smarter with more pieces that can break. Gaming consoles can now play your favorite DVD or surf the internet. There is a new gadget called tablets. Bigger than a cell phone smaller than a laptop.
We certainly live in extremely interesting technological times. Each piece of technology is meant to make your life easier (think of the washing machine). However, sometimes, without the right help, the making our lives easier part may not seem so obvious. That is when you call us, because our job is to make your gadget work!
